If I was to sit here and write the entire list of things guys should know about their girlfriends, it'd be as long as the Bible and none of us want that, least of all me. So instead, I've gone with this more compact list of things that I feel are vital for every guy to know if he wants to keep his balls intact. Enjoy, fellas...
1) Periods are not a laughing matter. Ever.
2) Girls will hint at things they want and expect you to pick up on those hints immediately.
3) And if you don't, well then you're fucked my little friend.
4) If you leave a hoodie at our house, you're not getting it back. Ever.
5) We like holding hands in public. In fact, we kinda love it.
6) If you change when you're with your friends, we're done.
7) Making us feel protected is one of our favourite feelings.
8) But not over-protective. Because that's suffocating and pushes us away.
9) We don't like PDAs, but kissing us in front of your friends or family will always earn you brownie points.
10) Notice the small things, like the way we curled our hair or the colour of our nails. It's always appreciated.
11) Ask about our friends. If our friends like you, things will be a hell of a lot easier for everyone.
12) Cuddle us always.
13) Telling us we look beautiful is far more rewarding than telling us we look hot.
14) We actually don't expect you to read our minds (I swear), but we do want you to ask questions. And frequently, at that.
15) Eye contact is everything to us, so just remember that.
16) Never mention any of your exes. Ever.
17) Making us feel comfortable when we have no make-up on is one of the best things you can do for us.
18) Introducing us to your family is a big deal so don't take that step if you're not ready for commitment conversations.
19) Writing letters for our birthdays/anniversaries/Christmas is the cutest thing ever. Keep doing it.
20) If we stop sending emoji's or x's, something is very wrong and you'd better figure it out pronto.
21) We overthink everything. Just get used to it and then get over it. Kaaaay, thanks.
